On May 29th, according to the National Energy Administration news, Nur Bekri, deputy director of NDRC and director of the NEA, recently led a delegation to attend the energy charter ministerial meeting held in Hague, Dutch. He sign the new international energy charter declaration on the behalf of China. It marks that China have transformed from the invited observer countries into signed observer countries, which is a new step on the way of international energy management.
