On May 29th ,the first China-Japan-Karen Circle Economy Forum was held in Tianjin. Experts from three countries get together to discuss the cooperation and development in the Circle Economy Field. Currently, Japan and Karen in East Asia had established a comparatively perfect recycle system, which can provide some reference for China. In recent years, Karen continuously strengthened the “Producer Recycling System”, discharged the producer’s responsibility to recycle the treated waster products and established the corresponding incentive system. Karen could strengthen the communication with China and help China to established the related systems.
