DONGFENG PEUGEOT CITROEN AUTOMOBILE COMPANY LTD. (referred to as “DPCA”) is a large-sized joint venture sedan manufacturer founded by DONGFENG MOTOR CORPORATION headquartered in China and PSA Peugeot Citroen Group in France on May 18, 1992. DPCA is headquartered in Wuhan and has established Wuhan No. 1 Plant and No.2 Plant and XIANGFAN Plant engaged in processes of stamping, welding, painting, assembling, engine, Car Bridge and transmission case. Now DPCA is capable of manufacturing 450,000 sedans each year.

DPCA has been implementing a pattern of managing both brands of DONGFENG Citroen and DONGFENG Peugeot under one company. The Commerce Division of DONGFENG Peugeot is headquartered in Beijing while Commerce Division of DONGFENG Citroen is headquartered in Shanghai. Now DPCA has DONGFENG Citroen C5, C-triumph, C-QUATRE (2/3-COMPARTMENT), Sara-Picasso, New Elysee (2/3-COMPARTMENT) and C2, as well as DONGFENG Peugeot 408, 307 (2/3-COMPARTMENT) and 207 (2/3-COMPARTMENT), which product line covering market segments of economy sedan, medium and high grade sedan, and prestige sedan.

DPCA, since incorporated, with her own mission for “realizing customer’s dream of possessing a sedan and optimizing life quality”, has initiated “high origin, large scale and specialized” construction in the history of Chinese automobile development. DPCA created the first homemade sedan which passed the bump and drifting test, was labeled with green environmental protection mark and authentic certification, and was awarded a large number of laurels, such as “Number One household sedan”, “Number One environment-friendly sedan”, “Number One safe sedan” and “most influential sedan of all time”, and thus established her own product identity and brand identity of safety, reliability, environmental protection, comfort and innovative technology on basis of absorbing leading technologies and managerial experience from two shareholders and sustainable innovation and development. DPCA has been insisted on her own philosophy of caring for every person and every sedan, providing customers with satisfactory product and services and established good public praise and corporate image.
