SINOPEC Changling Company is situated in Yueyang, Hunan Province. In April 2000, in accordance with the requirement of SINOPEC Corp.s reforming and reorganizing, Changling Company is established and derived from the main body of original Changling Petroleum Processing & Chemical complex. At present, Changling Company has 21 sets of petrochemical processing units consisting of 2 ADV units, 2 FCC units, Delayed Coking unit, Catalytic Reforming unit, Hydrogen & Hydrotreating unit and Polypropylene (PP) unit. It has the annual crude oil processing capacity of 5 million tons, the annual output 70,000 t/a of PP unit, 2.2 million t/a of FCC unit, 800,000 t/a of Delayed Coking unit and 500,000 t/a of Catalytic Reforming unit. Meanwhile, during the ninth five-year plan period, No.2 Sewage treatment unit has been built with the capacity of 1000t/h which can enhance the deep processing capacity and guarantee high quality products with more varieties which extend to downstream petrochemical products rapidly. It mainly produces more than 60 kinds of products including gasoline, diesel, naphtha, BTX, LPG, solvent naphtha and PP. 17 kinds of products were entitled with the provincial or ministerial high quality products. Among them, both the exported superior light diesel and 6# extraction solvent naphtha have won the National Gold Medal while some other products such as benzene, xylene and 120# solvent naphtha, etc. have won the National Silver Medal .
