13 banks including Bank of China Shanghai Branch and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank provide green credit of 13 billion RMB to energy performance contracting in Shanghai to provide convenient financing access for energy conservation enterprises getting loans. Presently, 10 energy performance contracting companies including Shanghai Anyue Energy Conservation Technology Corp. ltd have got financing of 237.5 million RMB from 10 banks including Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. Bank of Shanghai has sign “energy efficiency agreement”.

According to the agreement signed by banks and enterprises, China Merchant Bank will provide green credit of 1 billion RMB for energy performance contracting projects in Shanghai, which will be used in financing the energy performance contracting projects of energy-conservation enterprises recorded in national or Shanghai’s energy conservation service agencies. This credit will also be applied to the platform construction for credit rating and financing service of energy performance contracting in Shanghai.
