According to Zhen Zhen, Deputy Director General of Department of Climate changes, NDRC, in recent years China comprehensively implements low-carbon development strategy and puts work on climate changes into the social and economic development outline. However, to reach the target of low-carbon development, besides the actions form the government, forces from the market should be participate actively.
On the China International ecological City Forum on 15th, September, Sun tells that China is going to establish national carbon market by legislation on climate changes. As a result, a set of management systems on green gas emission will be formulated, which maintains sustainable low-carbon system.
