China Releases its First Climate Change Strategy with 3 Objectives

On 18th, Nov., China released a national plan on combating climate change at the UN Climate Change Conference in the Polish capital Warsaw, requiring local department to adjust and perfect the present policy and regulations to establish and improve the institutional system, financial source, technology backup, and international cooperation.
