First year of pilot carbon trade: 80% enterprises controlled emission fall in carbon emission

Recently, the first batch of seven regions that started pilot carbon trade carried out their first commitment period successively and the effort of carbon constraint also starts to show. Most of the enterprises in Guangdong achieved their obligation by reducing carbon dioxide with innovation or purchasing carbon emission right. According to preliminary statistics, the carbon emission of 80% Guangdong enterprises controlled emission in product manufacturing decreased in variable degrees.
