China finished drafting the Act of Climate Change Mitigation

The official draft of Act of Climate Change Mitigation took into shape recently. On July 21, the drafting department, National Development and Reform Commission, hosted a discussion meeting about Act of Climate Change Mitigation draft. Relevant experts and scholars from Ministry of Environmental Protection, Ministry of Water Resources, State Meteorological Administration and National Energy Bureau attended the meeting. The draft is expected to be released in October, 2014.
