At present, China was making the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Ecological Environment Protection Program which was leaded by NDRC and Ministry of Environment Protection, the Ministry of Territory, Ministry of Water Sources, MITT, National Energy Administration and State Forestry Administration participated in formulating and was hopeful to finish the work this year which would be China’s first trans-regional comprehensive environment protection program.
