Li Keqiang, Premier of China State Council and Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany held the third Sino-Germany government consultation on October 10 and jointly released Outline of China Germany Cooperation Action: Seek Innovation. The two sides firmly believe that the all-round strategic partnership will do good to the political mutual trust. The innovative partnership between the two countries under this framework will have a comprehensive and sustained meaning and cover all areas.
