Beijing Development and Reform Commission launched Beijing and Hebei province cross region carbon emission rights trading press conference on December 18. The establishment of the pilot program is an important systematic innovation in pushing the regional integration among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province; a useful exploration in establishing a nationwide carbon market and practice in building up a paid use of resources and ecological compensation system.
