China Meteorological Administration Issued 2013 Communique on China GHG on January 9, showed that three major greenhouse gases CO2, methane and nitrous oxide annual concentration increased to 397.3 ppm, 1886 ppb and 326.4 ppb in CGAWBO in Waliguan, Qinghai hit a record high since the founding of the CGAWBO and much higher than the world average. However the number was similar to the mid-latitude region in the northern hemisphere.
