The US Handed Over its GHG Emission Reduction Plan to the UN

The US government officially handed over its GHG Emission Reduction Plan to the UN on March 31, which said to reduce the GHG emission by 26% to 28% by 2025 compared with 2005. The White House said, this Plan was based on the China-US Joint Statement on Climate Change signed in last November when President Obama visited China, related reduction targets are included in the Joint Statement.
