Japan Basically Drew the GHG Emission Reduction Targets, Still Fall Behind Others

On April, 23, Japanese government had officially entered into adjustment phase which is to reduce the GHG emission by 25% by 2030. Energy structure is the prerequisite of GHG reduction, the government had decided to use 20-22% of nuclear generation and 22-24% of solar power generation.
