China Took its Stand on Paris Climate Conference, Stressing “Dual-Track” Framework

China officially stated clear its attitude towards Paris Climate Conference on June 30. It believed that during the formulation and implementation of 2020-2030 greenhouse gas reduction or control goals, developed countries should commit themselves to absolute targets, and developing countries should diversify their efforts to further reduce emissions.
