The State Council Published Guiding Opinions, Promoting “Internet Plus” and Smart Energy

Guiding Opions on Promoting “Internet Plus” Action by the State Council was published recently. The Guiding Opinions put forward 11 priority actions, including “Internet plus” entrepreneurial innovation, “Internet plus” collaborative manufacturing, “Internet plus” inclusive finance. One priority action was “smart energy”, which was to intelligentize energy manufacture and consumption, build distributed energy networks, and promote grid-based communication facilities and businesses.
