National Energy Administration released distribution grid reform action plan, and improved pricing policy

National Energy Administration (NEA) published Power Distribution Grid Reform Action Plan (2015-2020) on August 31. Seven highlights are as follows: first, unify planning by improving standard system; second, ensure power supply for people’s livelihood; third, promote power structure by eliminating vulnerabilities; fourth, standardize equipment and infrastructure; fifth, conserve energy and reduce emissions with technology; sixth, increase the level of automation, visualization and management; seventh, build a better service platform using smart technology and the Internet.
