Speeding up negotiation for COP21 helps reaching consensus

The Climate Change informal ministerial meeting, one of high-level conferences on climate change in 2015, was held in Paris on September 6-7， and the third UN Climate Change Conference closed in Bonn Germany on September 4. Parties exchanged their opinions on Paris climate change agreement due to be signed at the end of 2015, but little progress has been made on key areas. Parties are facing pressure to speed up negotiation.
