Regulation on Energy Conservative and Low-Carbon Product Certification Management will be active in China

Regulation on Energy Conservative and Low-Carbon Product Certification Management, compiled by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and NDRC, will enter into force on this November 1st. The Regulation promoted the development of low-carbon industries by noting two ways of the certification of energy-conservation and low-carbon products; building coordination working mechanism; defining certification categories, regulations, process and certificate; and specifying regulations on information disclosure, certificate and brands, and supervision.
