The United Nations Climate Change Conference is to be held in Paris. On November 19, the State Council Information Office held a press conference and formally issued the China’s Policies and Actions for Addressing Climate Change (2015). The Report shows that China has made remarkable achievements in addressing climate change through all efforts in industrial restructuring, energy conservation and efficiency increase, energy structure optimization and forest carbon sink increase.
