NDRC improved coal price linkage mechanism

On December 31, 2015, NDRC declared that it would improve the price linkage mechanism of the coal-fired power further and published the coal price linkage mechanism standard as well as the content after the perfection. The improved mechanism would be implemented since the first day of January, 2016.
