According to National Certification and Accreditation Administrative: during the 12th Five Year Plan, China has set up the certification and accreditation system for energy saving and low carbon comprehensively. By the end of October, 2015, the number of various energy saving and low carbon authentication certificates has reached over 59,000, which has increased six fold compared to the end of 11th Five Year Plan. Only for the authentication of the energy saving products, the certificated products have saved energy which was equal to 183 million tons of standard coal, representing cutting 457 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions from 2010 to 2014. It has provided a powerful support for our response to climate change and achieve green development.
