China’s urbanization construction has been paid extraordinary attention, which is a hot issue on the highest political level presently. Recently, positive or negative news related to urbanization from the high-level authorities emerged endlessly. Particularly, on July 30, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC, pointed out that urbanization construction should focus on “ enhancing small and middle cities’ capacity of attracting population”. It should be admitted that there indeed exist several fundamental problems of the whole to be settled, which have been the bottleneck restricting china’s urbanization development. During the process of urbanization, several points should be noted as follows:
1. Urbanization can’t equal to urbanization for all people;
2. Land reform should be involved into urbanization construction;
3. Central government should not funded urbanization with huge amount of financial investment.
4. Urbanization should address the structural contradictions in central and local areas;
5. Urbanization planning should take fundamental reforms;
6. Urbanization should be constructed under the law.
