On July 10-12, Eco Forum Global Annual Conference Guiyang 2014 was held in Guiyang which was themed with “Joining Hands, Leveraging Reforms to Bring Forth a New Era of Eco-Civilization—Government, Enterprises and Civil Society: Institutional Framework and Paths Towards Green Development” and issued the Guiyang Consensus.
