Recently, Mr. Qiu Baoxing, Vice Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, met with Mr. David B. Sandalow, Assistant Secretary of Department of Energy in Beijing. They exchanged their views on the implementation of Memorandum of Understanding on Energy-Efficiency Building and Eco-City, the follow-up plan, and the cooperation on energy-saving building with U.S.-China Clean Energy Research Center.
