Recently, CPC Central Committee and the State Council released the Overall Scheme of Ecological Civilization Structural Reform, asking all departments to implement. The Scheme aims to establish a complete ecological civilization system, promote ecological civilization construction, and make ecological civilization structural reform more systematic, integrated and coordinated.
