Mr. Jin Jizong, Vice President of Beijing Building Energy Efficiency and Environmental Project Association, stated on China and German New Wind Industry Forum that new ventilation system would be mandatory for residential and public buildings by policy and regulation. He also pointed out that according to the strategic deployment of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei made by the central government, the standard of building energy efficiency for Beijing could be applied in Tianjin and Hebei. During the 13th five years, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will raise building energy efficiency standard to a new high, and scale up the use of the new ventilation system.
