Beijing will establish the building energy efficiency and carbon emission leading system

It is known from Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform website that Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform printed and distributed the Implementation Program for Accelerating the Standardization of Energy Conservation, Low Carbon and Circular Economy in Beijing (2015-2022) on November 4 in order to accelerate the development of energy conservation, low carbon and circular economy. The Program defines that a perfect standard system of energy conservation, low carbon and circular economy will be constructed till 2020 to gradually form a standardized co-governance pattern led by government, driven by market and attended by the society.
