Hebei province regulates the management of basic facilities in waste water plants

In order to prevent ground water pollution, Hebei administration recently announced to enhance the management of waste water plants in the whole province.
The notice emphasizes to speed up the building process of supporting facilities in waste water and garbage treatment. What’s more, the facilities that support non-hazardous treatment of sludge shall also be emphasized.
